Just Follow me
1. Go Start -> Run -> type regedit
2. Expand HKEY _LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows NT \ CurrentVersion \ WinLogon \
3. Delete Folder \ Notify (if you're not sure, backup it before removing that)
4. Restart your Computer
(hold a minutes)
5. Open My Computer
6. Expand My Computer \ (your system) \ WINDOWS \ System32 \
7. delete WGATray.exe and WGAlogon.dll
8. Don't Forget to Disable your Automatic Update
